Shipping
How long does shipping take?
In-stock clothing items typically ship within 48 hours, while custom orders usually ship within 7-10 days.
How can I track my order?
Once you place your order, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number sent to the email address you provided. When your order ships, a second email will be sent with your tracking number to that same email address.
Can I add items to my order to avoid extra shipping?
Absolutely! Just place your Add-On order, use the discount code ADDON at checkout, and leave a note that it’s an addition to a previous order. Please note this may increase turnaround time, if you need your order by a specific date, be sure to include that on your order form.
How do you ship?
We ship First-Class USPS unless another form of shipping is selected.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes! Local pickup is available in the Bryan-College Station, Texas area. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to skip shipping, and we’ll email you when your order is ready.
Embroidery
Do you offer mock-ups before customization?
Absolutely! Mock-ups are $5 each. Just leave a note on your order form with your font choices, and we’ll email you the mock-ups to approve before stitching.
Can I personalize or customize items?
Yes! We love personalizing items. After your order is placed, we’ll email instructions on how to submit your items. Shipping times will begin once we receive them.
How do I care for my items?
For best results, turn garments inside out to protect the stitching and follow the washing and drying instructions on the manufacturer’s tag.
Are the pockets on my garment functional?
We try not to sew pockets shut, but in some cases it’s necessary. If you have questions about a product, just ask!

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available and make a perfect gift for any occasion. They can be purchased online and emailed directly to the recipient or printed at home.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns on personalized items. Please email dustydandyboutique@gmail.com with any product questions before ordering, we’re happy to help!
